We seek your talent as: **BEVELER-ASSEMBLER** * Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. (Travel availability is mandatory) **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school diploma or higher * Availability to work Monday through Saturday * Flexible working hours * Minimum 1 year of experience assembling and beveling lenses (acetate, metal, grooved, 3-piece frames) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prescription Reading: Technical interpretation of prescriptions (sphere, cylinder, axis, addition, and interpupillary distance). * Marking and Centering: Use of lensometer (frontofocometer) to locate the optical center and mark the lens axis prior to cutting. * Automatic and Manual Beveling: Operation of computerized bevelers for various bevel types (v\-bevel, flat, groove for nylon thread frames). * Frame Assembly: Assembling lenses into acetate frames (using heater), metal frames, drill-mounted frames (air-mounted), and groove-mounted frames. * Touch-up and Finishing: Edge polishing, edge dulling, and adjustment of temple tips or terminals to ensure eyeglass symmetry. * Quality Control: Final verification using lensometer to ensure final assembly exactly matches the work order. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Basic Ophthalmic Optics: Knowledge of materials (CR\-39, Polycarbonate, Hi\-Index) and their cutting properties. * Laboratory Machinery: Operation of bevelers, groovers, and precision drillers. * Types of Bevels: Differentiation among conventional bevel, safety bevel, and grooving. * Mechanical Adjustment: Use of optical pliers, precision screwdrivers, and locking systems (blocks and adhesives). **WE OFFER** * Monthly gross salary of $14,3375\.00. * 8-hour shifts. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Corporate benefits for the employee and/or up to 2 beneficiaries: medical consultations, nutritional consultations, psychological therapy, aesthetic medicine, 2 free pairs of glasses per year, 4 free dental procedures per year, 50% discount on regenerative therapies, medications, and 2 laboratory tests. * Support to continue studies * Scholarship for studying English. * Annual salary increases based on objective achievement. * Paid training. * Benefits effective from day one. * Birthday bonus * Continuous development and training.
