Ensures safety, prevents shrinkage, and generates management reports. **Onest Logistics, a logistics industry leader with over 20 years of market presence, is hiring due to growth:** **Operations Supervisor** **What Do You Need?** Ensure smooth daily operations by optimizing resources and response times to improve productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Dispatch and Logistics Management:** Supervise order receipt, picking (order preparation), packing, and cargo loading onto transport vehicles. * **Route and Delivery Coordination:** Organize delivery route efficiency and conduct real-time tracking to guarantee on-time deliveries. * **Document and Inventory Control:** Validate invoices, waybills, and dispatch documents, ensure accurate inventory records, and manage returns. * **Personnel Supervision:** Lead, train, and evaluate the dispatch team (assistants, forklift operators) to meet operational targets. * **Safety and Reporting:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations, prevent shrinkage, and issue management reports on dispatch status. **Required Skills:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency and warehouse management system (WMS) software experience. * Ability to work under pressure. * Leadership and effective communication. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented mindset. * Leadership. * Organizational and multitasking abilities. * Attention to detail.
