Job Description: A leading national and international distributor specializing in plastic transformation and finished product manufacturing seeks to hire a highly qualified **Systems Analyst**, with proven experience in **SAP Business One** and a focus on technological innovation. Academic Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in systems-related roles. Professional Experience * Participation in or leadership of technology projects (implementations, infrastructure improvements, automation, etc.). * On-site (face-to-face) technical support for administrative and operational users. * Proven experience in administration and support of **SAP Business One** (intermediate level), including: * Basic server administration. * User support. * ERP process optimization. Essential Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (versions 2019, 2021, and 2024\). * Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and File Server administration. * Enterprise antivirus console administration. * Installation, configuration, and optimization of networks (TCP/IP, structured cabling, switches, and routers). * IP telephony administration. * On-site and remote technical support. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Administration of enterprise printers. * Support for basic software and productivity tools. * Administration and maintenance of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. * Telephony administration. Artificial Intelligence Proficiency (MANDATORY) Practical experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or others for: * Process optimization. * Technical support and documentation generation. * Task automation. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Implementation of AI-based solutions in real projects or production environments. Soft Skills * Excellent customer service orientation and effective communication. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Proactive, organized, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up promptly on incidents.
