




Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist in Mexican cuisine with experience in traditional dishes, broths, soups, foundational preparations, rice, pozole, pancita, grilled meats, and hamburgers, for daily production and inventory management. Experience in daily production and inventory management We are a restaurant offering three-course meals and à la carte service; currently, we are looking for a specialist in Mexican cuisine capable of preparing: * Broths and soups * Foundational preparations * Rice * Pozole * Pancita * Traditional Mexican dishes (enchiladas, chilaquiles, flautas, etc.) * Grilled meats As well as having experience preparing hamburgers.
