DE C.V. is seeking a Cook B Assistant in Palmas \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **CocineroB Mochomos Palmas** ----------------------------- ### **Location** Mochomos Palmas, CDMX Job Objective Assist in food preparation, production, and plating according to the restaurant’s quality standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **mise en place** for cold and hot kitchens. * Assist in food preparation according to established recipes. * Plate and present dishes with quality and aesthetics. * Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area. * Verify freshness, rotation, and proper storage of ingredients (FIFO). * Assist Cook A or line supervisor during service. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. * Prevent waste and ensure proper use of raw materials. * Participate in daily production and pre-production.
