Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor the performance of the operations team. * Listen to calls and provide constructive feedback. * Train and mentor new team members. * Ensure compliance with **KPIs** and service standards. * Collaborate with other departments and follow up on incidents. Requirements: * Minimum **1 year of team leadership experience** (5 or more people). * **Advanced English**, both spoken and written. (The interview will be conducted entirely in English.) * **4 years of experience** in the logistics sector, preferably in **Cross\-border Ground Freight.** * Excellent **communication, organizational, and decision-making skills**.
