




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage cash operations, record payments, and organize files, ensuring proper financial administration. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration for cash management improvements Responsibilities and Tasks: \- Receiving cash payments at the counter \- Preparing guarantee deposit refund forms \- Preparing payment receipt forms for research expenses \- Managing and administering petty cash \- Safeguarding and organizing files related to terminated tenants or tenants with outstanding balances \- Generating bank account statements \- Recording income from rent payments made via: \- Bank transfer \- Cash \- Checks \- Conducting cash counts and bank reconciliations (if applicable) \- Collaborating with the team to ensure correct application of payments \- Participating in team meetings to discuss cash management topics and propose improvements.
