Junior API Software Developer Technical Skills: Definition, review, and validation of REST API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Basic/intermediate knowledge of Java. Support in governance and lifecycle management of APIs and microservices. Validation of API design standards, versioning, and quality. Participation in technical reviews with development, architecture, and security teams. Documentation and maintenance of API and microservice catalogs. Tracking of technical findings and remediation plans. Support in automation and review of API contracts within CI/CD pipelines. Participation in API onboarding and adoption across the corporate ecosystem. Preparation of technical documentation and tracking of API-related metrics.
