Support in various administrative and support tasks KODE IT, a leading Mexican company in ICT consulting and software development, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to fulfill the following profile. Required Knowledge: • Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. • Committed, professional appearance, active listening, and proactive attitude. • Strong writing and spelling skills. • Basic computer knowledge (file and folder management, email handling). • Basic office software knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desirable Skills: • Experience in system development or digital marketing. • Familiarity with IT profiles. • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Experience: • No professional experience required; desirable 1–2 years of experience in customer service. Job Responsibilities: • Client service and follow-up, both in-person and remotely. • Tracking and handling incidents/requests from personnel assigned to the account. • Support in collections-related tasks.
