Position Summary: We are seeking a technician specializing in computer and telecommunications equipment repair to provide customized support and solutions to Apple users. Key Highlights: 1. First- and second-level support for Apple users At MacStore, Apple's #1 distributor, we are looking for: · Technician for computer and telecommunications equipment repair at the MACSTORE WTC branch Profile: * Completed high school diploma / technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications repair. * Passion for customer attention and service. * Residency near the work location. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized attention and solutions. * Track completed services. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and indicators.
