The position is for a Technical Support Specialist, with responsibilities including: Providing first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Delivering personalized customer service. Tracking completed service requests. Recommending additional services and promotions. Meeting performance metrics and KPIs. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $9,900.00 (salary increases and service commissions).
