Interest in technology and the payroll field Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed) Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables, macros (technical test required) Minimum 2 years of experience in: tax calculations, disability benefits, severance settlements, final payments, Sunday premium pay Payroll processing (biweekly and weekly) for employee rosters of at least 1,000 staff members Experience using ERP or payroll-accounting systems Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS · Responsibilities: Executing payroll processing Calculating Sunday premiums, vacation bonuses, and final payments Reporting incidents Managing IMSS matters · MacStore Benefits: Monthly salary of $16,000 gross (100% nominal compensation structure with direct employment contract) Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements Meal vouchers Life insurance Savings fund Funeral expense assistance Attendance bonus of 12.5% of base salary for punctuality at the facility · Work Location: Col.
