Passion for technology and payroll functions Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed) Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, macros (technical test required) Minimum 2 years’ experience in: tax calculations, disability benefits, payroll settlements, severance settlements, Sunday premium pay Payroll processing (biweekly and weekly) for templates covering at least 1,000 employees Experience with ERP or accounting-payroll systems Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS · Responsibilities: Processing payroll Calculating Sunday premiums, vacation bonuses, and severance settlements Reporting incidents IMSS administration · MacStore Benefits: Monthly gross salary of $16,000 (100% nominal compensation structure; direct employment contract with the company) Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements Meal vouchers Life insurance Savings fund Funeral expense assistance 12.5% base salary bonus for punctuality at the plant · Work Location: Del Valle neighborhood, Benito Juarez.
