Perform initial configuration of computer equipment. 4. Deliver computer equipment to new employees. 5. Ensure new employees sign responsibility letters for computer equipment and accessories assigned to them. 6. Validate folder permissions on virtual platforms according to organizational structure. 7. Conduct regular reviews to ensure appropriate usage of provided supplies. 8. Ensure proper functioning of software programs required by employees. 9. Ensure departing employees return all computer equipment and accessories in complete and good condition. 10. Archive user email accounts upon employee separation from Braun Huerin. 11. Report equipment failures to the supervisor when unable to resolve them personally, to ensure timely resolution.
