Maranatha Bookstore, a leading Mexican company specializing in evangelical literature sales, invites you to join its team as a Systems Supervisor—establishing and supervising protocols for the effective and efficient use of the company's operating systems and digital platforms. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise maintenance of company systems and platforms * Establish protocols for the use of company operating systems and digital platforms * Coordinate with internal departments for process tracking * Install and configure computer equipment * Provide support and advisory services regarding technological infrastructure optimization for the company * Innovate and develop new technologies for the benefit of the organization **Knowledge Requirements:** * Operating system management * Network infrastructure management * Technical support experience * Solid foundation in computer science knowledge * VoIP telephony * Programming languages (Visual Basic) * Web programming (HTML/CSS/PHP) * Linux and Windows Server administration * ERP handling and management * Database administration (SQL, DBF) * Basic knowledge of corporate accounting administration (desirable) * Requirements elicitation techniques * Computer network protocols and configuration (TCP/UDP, regulations, DNS, SSH, SMTP, NFS, IP, RIP) * Installation and configuration of video surveillance systems (DVR/NVR) **Competencies and Skills** * Logical-mathematical reasoning * Negotiation * Teamwork * Proactivity * Leadership * Results orientation * Continuous learning * Ability to resolve technical incidents * Innovation and creativity * Order, discipline, and methodology * Problem analysis and resolution * Strategic planning. **Willingness to travel between branches.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Incomplete or ongoing high school diploma (desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
