**Damage Claims Coordinator** At Avla México, we continue to grow and are seeking talent to join our team as a Damage Claims Coordinator. **What will be your objective?** Coordinate the operation and management of damage insurance claims, ensuring timely service, operational control, and high-quality service for clients and brokers. **Key responsibilities** * Coordinate daily operations of the damage claims area. * Supervise claim opening, tracking, and closure. * Validate coverage, general conditions, and policy application. * Monitor operational and technical performance indicators. * Coordinate adjusters, appraisers, and external providers. * Handle complex cases and escalations. * Prepare executive reports for Management. * Participate in process improvement and operational control projects. * Maintain constant communication with brokers and corporate clients. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or related field. * 4–7 years of experience in damage claims within the insurance sector. * Experience with property & casualty insurers. **Knowledge of:** * Damage insurance coverages and policies. * Claims adjustment and appraisal. * Indemnification processes. * CNSF regulations. * Broker and corporate client service. * KPIs and SLAs. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Insurance core system proficiency is desirable. **Competencies** * Negotiation * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Customer orientation * Decision-making * Working under pressure **We offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Professional development * Excellent work environment If you have experience in damage claims and are seeking a new professional challenge within the insurance industry, we would love to meet you.
