Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate public and private construction projects, collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient execution and budgetary control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in public and/or private construction projects 2. Expert proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office tools 3. Collaboration with design and construction teams Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Essential Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience working on public and/or private construction projects. Intermediate or expert level proficiency in Opus 2010–2014 (preferred) or Neodata. Expert proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; SketchUp, REVIT. Knowledge: Reading construction drawings, generators, and cost estimation. Preparation of a detailed itemized catalog covering all requirements for proper execution. Close coordination with design, pre-construction, construction, and budget control departments to ensure effective project communication. Requesting quotations and preparing comparative analyses to ensure optimal cost and quality. Excellent interpretation of drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
