Professional Profile – Architect Mexican company offering air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance services is seeking: An Architect with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit Experience in architectural project development, from the conceptual stage through to execution. Advanced proficiency in design and modeling tools such as AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring precision in drawings, 3D modeling, and construction documentation. Analysis of structural and installation plans, as well as preparation of executive presentations and architectural renderings. Key competencies: • Preparation of architectural and working drawings in AutoCAD. • BIM modeling and project coordination in Revit. • Analysis and development of architectural proposals. • Knowledge of construction regulations and urban ordinances. • Project presentations in graphic and digital formats. • Site supervision and progress monitoring. • Collaborative work with engineering firms and contractors.
