What Are We Looking For? Programmer Analyst Position Objective: To analyze, document, and support existing software solutions by participating in the creation of use cases and functional and technical specifications based on analysis of already-developed code in .NET and Oracle technologies, ensuring accurate understanding of business requirements. Key Responsibilities: \* Analyze existing applications developed in .NET (C\#) and Oracle (PL/SQL / SQL) to understand their functionality and business logic. \* Generate and document use cases, diagrams, and functional and technical requirement specifications. \* Translate analysis of existing code into clear, structured documentation. \* Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to clarify requirements and scope. \* Support identification of technical improvements and opportunities for code optimization. \* Participate in technical reviews and ensure adherence to development and documentation standards. \* Maintain up-to-date documentation for assigned systems. Technical Requirements: \* 1\-2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role. Proven experience in: \* .NET / C\# \* Oracle SQL and PL/SQL \* Ability to read, understand, and analyze existing code. \* Diagramming tools. \* Basic testing tools and functional validation. \* Creation of use cases and requirement documentation. \* Solid knowledge of relational databases. Desirable: Basic or intermediate knowledge of Python. Prior experience maintaining legacy systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of version control tools (Git). Skills: \* Clear and effective communication, both oral and written. \* Analytical thinking and attention to detail. \* Ability to document in a structured and comprehensible manner. \* Teamwork and collaboration with both technical and non-technical profiles. \* Proactivity in identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. \* Time management and commitment fulfillment. \* Adaptability to work with legacy systems and code.
