Management of electronic signatures and analysis of operational data. **Ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance of operational records related to services, electronic signatures, pre-billing validations, and account tracking.** Monday to Friday, part-time: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM (CDMX) Experience: 6 months \- 1 year (Review of operational or service records in ticketing systems; Management of electronic signature tools (e.g., Adobe Sign); Operational data analysis or generation of tracking reports) Academic Level: High school diploma / bachelor’s degree in administration or related fields; Basic \- Intermediate English; Advanced Spanish; Microsoft Office suite; Intermediate \- Advanced Excel; Attention to detail * Review creation, tracking, and closure of tickets in the management system (SGT). * Receive and review the monthly operational consolidation. * Release account lists for billing. * Authorize initiation of the billing process upon monthly ticket closure. * Generate monthly reports on service tickets and accounts to be billed. * Register new clients, accounts, or projects in the SGT system. * Conduct ticket audits and document findings. * Detail observations arising from audits and record technical feedback. * Close tickets without findings where appropriate. * Issue monthly operational tracking and incident reports. * Manage and maintain the history of reports and records. * Manage electronic signature requests via Adobe Sign (receipt, review, sending, tracking, and storage). * Handle requests for modifications to records in ticketing systems. * Evaluate feasibility and implement changes requested by the help desk. * Track and update project data (including direct clients such as HCL). * Participate in client meetings and prepare tracking presentations. * Send customer satisfaction surveys to educational clients per requests from the Education Department. * Commit to and be aware of one’s role in achieving quality policy and objectives. * Participate in risk and opportunity management for one’s process. * Attend assigned trainings. * Know and comply with procedures. * Complete records timely and accurately. * Participate in process improvements. * Participate in corrective action development and implementation. * Participate in SWOT analysis FO\-CO\-01, Stakeholder Analysis FO\-CO\-03, and follow up on established strategic plans. * Participate in management reviews of the QMS to ensure commitments and applicable improvements for one’s process are fulfilled. * Participate in the review and updating of documented QMS information relevant to one’s process. * Understand the scope of the QMS. * Know and fulfill responsibilities assigned to the position. * Participate in audits. * Participate in stakeholder identification and measurement of compliance with their requirements. * Participate in planning changes to one’s process.
