Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in construction supervision, material quantity takeoff, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp to develop drawings and technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in construction supervision and material quantity takeoff. 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and proficiency in SketchUp. 3. On-site problem-solving ability and technical report development. We are looking for a "Project Architect" Architect (Intern or Graduate). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision and/or material quantity takeoff. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Proficiency in SketchUp. Desirable knowledge of Special Installations. Organized, responsible, and capable of on-site problem solving. Responsibilities: * Drawing and designing AutoCAD plans in 2D (70%) and 3D (50%) * Reading and interpreting drawings * Interpreting and performing quantity takeoffs (volumetric calculations) * Developing technical reports * Construction generators * Concept catalogs * Proficiency in SketchUp Salary: $2,500.00 \- $2,700.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
