Job Summary: Supervise productive operations and coordinate the daily operation of production lines, implementing Lean Manufacturing tools for continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing on the production floor 2. Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, line balancing, SMED) 3. Managing and developing frontline operational staff Supervise productive operations to ensure line efficiency through the **direct implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools**, focused on waste reduction, productivity improvement, and achievement of performance indicators. IMPORTANT **This vacancy is exclusively for candidates with proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing on the production floor.** Applications from candidates possessing only theoretical knowledge or certifications without practical application will not be considered. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing * Proven experience implementing **Lean Manufacturing** in a plant environment * Frontline personnel management experience * Experience in production lines (continuous processes) **Required Technical Experience** Practical experience in at least 3 of the following tools: * VSM (Value Stream Mapping) * SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) * 5S * Kaizen * Line Balancing * Work Standardization **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of production lines * Implement Lean Manufacturing tools to improve processes * Identify and eliminate waste (downtime, rework, overproduction, etc.) * Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, scrap, productivity) * Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, line balancing, SMED) * Ensure on-time and in-full production plan fulfillment * Analyze processes and propose data-driven improvements * Manage and develop frontline operational staff * Track quality and production deviations * Standardize processes and ensure compliance **Key Performance Indicators to Master** * OEE * Efficiency * Scrap / Yield Loss * Productivity * Production Plan Achievement **Desirable Experience** * Flexible packaging industry * Extrusion, printing, lamination, or converting processes **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development We seek profiles with hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience applied in a plant setting.
