The objective is to ensure operational continuity and stop equipment when operating outside parameters. * Monitor process variables: tons/hour, pulp granulometry, percentage of solids fed to flotation, feed pressures to cyclones, operating speed of regrind mills, torque of copper concentrate thickener and Fe-S concentrate thickener, bed level in thickener tanks, monitoring pH values in flotation, adjust reagent dosing according to tonnage and physical and chemical properties of the ore. * Control lime slurry preparation (lime worm control). * Control flotation process variables to keep them within range by adjusting pulp flows, air flows, water dilution, froth bed conditions, reagent dilution and concentration, and take corrective actions according to standards and procedures. * Monitoring of regrind mill operational variables: percentage of solids fed, discharge granulometry.
