The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, prioritizing tasks with the Product Owner, and guaranteeing efficient project execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, assertive communication, strategic negotiation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. **Key ResponsibilitiesScope Management and Change Control** * Evaluate new requirements and determine their impact on timelines, resources, and costs. * Control project growth to prevent significant deviations (scope creep). **Negotiation and Prioritization** * Act as mediator between business, stakeholders, and the Product Owner. * Prioritize critical tasks and discard those that do not provide immediate value. * Align expectations across departments to ensure consistency in deliverables. **Planning and Tracking** * Establish realistic schedules and achievable milestones. * Track team progress through clear reports and metrics. * Ensure key project deadlines are met. **Resource Management** * Manage workloads of cross-functional teams. * Ensure resource availability and coordinate inter-departmental dependencies. * Monitor execution to avoid delays or duplication of efforts. **Risk Mitigation** * Identify technical or administrative blockers. * Propose immediate solutions and ensure project continuity. * Anticipate potential risks and establish preventive plans. **Candidate ProfileExperience** * **3 to 5 years of proven experience** as a Project Manager in software projects. * Experience working with development, QA, and design (UI/UX) teams. * Handling deliverables under both agile and traditional methodologies. **Soft Skills** * Assertive communication and negotiation ability. * Positive, results-oriented leadership. * Organization and analytical thinking. * Conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Scrum and Waterfall. * Advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar. * Ability to interpret technical and design requirements. **Work Modality and Location** * **Hybrid** * Available in **CDMX** or **Puebla** * Office attendance: 2–3 days per week **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday * **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * 1-hour lunch break **Compensation** The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and performance during the selection process.
