We are looking for talent with experience in CONSTRUCTION We are seeking: **Construction Manager** \***Position Objective**\*: Supervise, coordinate and direct all activities related to construction projects, ensuring deadlines, budget and quality standards are met, while efficiently managing resources, work teams and suppliers, guaranteeing site safety and customer satisfaction. \***Responsibilities**\*: * Review and approve internal and external project budgets * Identify and coordinate adjustments for additional requirements or budget changes * Ensure previous project budgets are updated * Prepare the financial report of project expenses and review it with the Construction Director * Prepare and present the project status report to the Construction Director for review * Hold meetings with the responsible Project Manager to present progress, evaluate execution timelines and review budget management \***Key Responsibilities**\*: * Verify, approve and coordinate internal and external project budgets, adjusting changes and ensuring previous projects are up to date * Supervise the progress of ongoing budgets and coordinate with site supervisors to ensure proper resource allocation and timely completion * Manage purchase requests, supplier quotations and payments, ensuring resources are available and properly utilized within the allocated budget \***Offered**\*: * $27,000 to $30,000 per month * Statutory benefits \***Work Schedule**\*: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm \***Work Location**\*: Mérida, Yucatán If you meet the experience requirements and are interested in the position, apply through this channel so we can contact you
