If you are passionate about payroll control and management, taxation and social security matters, and seek an environment where your expertise is valued and where you can continue growing, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Process **pre-payroll** and generate accurate payroll payments, as well as corresponding contributions to **IMSS, Infonavit, ISN, and Fonacot**. * Administer payroll for approximately **600 employees**. * Manage **multiple employer registration records**. * Perform calculations and reconciliations for **ISN, SUA, IMSS, and Infonavit**, ensuring compliance with official filings. * Monitor and validate Infonavit loans, medical leaves, and workplace risk claims (ST7 and ST2 forms). * Support **internal and external audits**. * Validate information related to payroll taxes. * Assist in calculating **severance payments and additional compensation**. **What We Are Looking For** * Proficiency in **Contpaq**, **SUA**, **Fonacot**, and the **IMSS and Infonavit portals**. * Advanced **Excel skills** (a technical test will be administered). * Practical knowledge of **manual payroll processing**. * Advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite**. * Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. * Completed **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **2–3 years** of experience in similar roles. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on your qualifications. * Food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * And more.
