Position: Operations and Billing Assistant CEDIS Immediate Supervisor Title: Distribution Coordinator Business Unit: YZA Pharmacies Objective Ensure the proper administrative and financial operation of the southeast area of the FARMACIAS distribution center by accurately capturing and validating invoices, managing high volumes of data in compliance with processes and with attention to detail. Functions Provide service to internal customers (branches 600 serving YZA Pharmacies) within the Southeast Zone. Issue electronic invoices, knowledge of CFDI 4.0 Apply, track, cancel, and confirm payments. Manage and monitor portals (SAT). Generate monthly reports. Verify and validate documentation with CEDIS operations staff Validate physical and system purchase orders Control and track credit and debit notes Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Track billing incidents Monitor and control expenses Follow-up on invoice payments **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or related field (preferably in economic-administrative areas). * Minimum 2 years of experience: Invoicing, data entry, administrative assistant, accounting assistant, or experience in distribution or logistics; preferably in retail or mass distribution companies. * Availability to rotate shifts (night 11pm to 7am, evening 3pm to 11pm, morning 7am to 3pm); fixed monthly schedule established * Skills: Detail-oriented, teamwork, intermediate Excel skills, organization and meeting deadlines, effective communication, adaptability to operational changes Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application questions: * What is your highest level of education?
