GRUPO DICAS is looking for an Automotive Technician responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance. Profile: * Engineering or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience in electromechanical diagnosis and repair. * Technical knowledge of internal combustion engines (gasoline), electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic automotive systems. * Proficient in using hand tools, workshop equipment, and advanced diagnostic tools (scanners, multimeters). * Ability to interpret manufacturer manuals and technical diagrams. * Attention to detail and precision in work. * Responsibility, proactivity, and organization. Responsibilities * Perform fault diagnostics using computerized diagnostic equipment, multimeters, and analyzers to identify issues in vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical/electronic systems, etc.). * Preventive Maintenance (Minor): Carry out scheduled services, including oil and filter changes, inspection and topping off fluid levels, tire rotation, inspection of belts and hoses, and general safety checks. * Corrective Maintenance (Major): Disassemble, repair, re-ring, and reassemble engines; repair or replace transmissions, brake pumps, cooling systems, and other faulty mechanical and electromechanical components. * Electromechanical Work: Service electrical and electronic systems, including wiring repairs, battery replacements, and working with injection, lighting, and comfort systems, following technical diagrams and schematics. * Conduct operational tests on repaired vehicles. * Accurately and thoroughly document all services and repairs performed, including parts used and time spent. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and strictly follow occupational health and safety protocols.
