Business Performance and Results Management 1\.1 Supervision and Consolidation of Accounting Closing Leads the integration of weekly and monthly accounting closings, ensuring that recorded information is accurate, complete, and timely. Guarantees an orderly accounting close, with traceability of transactions and information that accurately and promptly reflects actual business activities. 1\.2 Management of Accounting Accounts and Master Accounts Manages the creation, modification, and correct use of accounting accounts in SAP and POS, ensuring their configuration complies with regulatory and operational criteria. Ensures proper accounting recognition of expenses for these concepts, preventing erroneous entries or unnecessary payments. 1\.3 Lease Recording and Control Management Safeguards and manages lease contracts in physical or digital format, ensuring their availability and validity. 1\.4 Savings Plan Monitoring Identifies achieved efficiencies, providing visibility on the fulfillment of committed actions versus those completed. Quantifies economic benefits and ensures they are reflected timely and accurately in financial statements. 1\.5 Operational Information Reporting and Control Issues key monthly reports related to operations, including sustainability indicators, PRO Help, wind energy usage, solar panels, fuels, and other relevant operational indicators. 2\. Compliance and Internal Control 2\.1 Assurance of Tax and Regulatory Compliance Monthly reconciles state and federal tax obligations of the operating unit (ISR, IVA, IMSS, ISN, etc.), compiling figures into control schedules based on validation of supporting documents and accounting records. Verifies the existence and consistency of documentary support, actively requesting missing documentation. 2\.2 Execution of Self-Assessments and Risk Management Ensures monthly completion of the administrative self-assessment process according to the established calendar. Oversees the orderly consolidation of results, using the Risk and Control Matrix (MRYC) as a reference to identify areas for improvement and potential operational, financial, or regulatory risks. 2\.3 Follow-up on Audit Findings and Remediations Acts as the operational liaison for findings arising from audits and internal control reviews. Facilitates evidence collection, follow-up on action plans, and updates to the MRYC. 2\.4 Operational Control Reviews and records expense and investment requests in institutional platforms (PIT, SAP), ensuring alignment with authorization workflows, accounting criteria, and internal regulations. This work ensures preventive control over resource usage and facilitates expense traceability. 2\.5 Operational Management in PAC Processes “Pharmacy Openings and Closures” Assumes a key operational role in the PAC Process, fulfilling assigned responsibilities during the opening and closing processes of units. 2\.6 Promotion of Whistleblower System and Ethical Culture: Actively communicates and promotes the company's whistleblower system as a secure and confidential channel for reporting inappropriate behaviors, fraud, ethical violations, or regulatory non-compliance. 3\. Leadership and Talent Management 3\.1 Participation in Strategic Forums and Business Vision Actively participates in organizational rituals and strategic committees. Presence in the field and key forums strengthens understanding of the operational environment, promoting an accounting approach aligned with business reality. 3\.2 Supervision of Accounting Performance and Execution Quality Coordinates and follows up on the completion of key accounting team activities: reconciliations, control sheets, supporting documentation, balance supervision, and account management. Promotes quality standards, encourages continuous learning, prevents deviations, and ensures each team member effectively contributes to achieving financial and operational objectives. **Requirements:** Education: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Software: Office suite, intermediate to advanced Excel \- Accounting, accounting records \- Experience: Financial records, expense closing, \- closing of journal entries, validating that information meets legal and regulatory requirements.
