### **️** **Project Manager – Real Estate / Construction Sector** Are you passionate about leading high-impact real estate projects? We are seeking a **Project Manager** with solid experience in **comprehensive management of residential projects** to join our team in the **Housing** area. **Main Responsibilities*** Lead and control the **entire real estate project lifecycle**, from planning to marketing. * Coordinate **multidisciplinary teams** (architecture, legal, finance, construction, and sales). * Manage **licenses and permits** with authorities to ensure timely acquisition. * Supervise **construction processes**, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality. * Administer **budgets, contracts, and financial resources**, including bridge loans and trusts. * Establish **marketing strategies, pricing, and payment schemes**. * Present **progress and results reports** to partners and investors. * Implement **risk management plans** and mitigation of impacts. **Required Profile*** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (certified). * **Additional:** Studies or certification in **Project Management** (PMI, PMP, Lean, or related). * **Experience:** * Minimum of **6 years in real estate project management**. * Participation in at least **one real estate master plan**. * **Technical knowledge:** * Planning and execution of real estate projects. * Construction and urbanization processes. * **Legal, financial, and accounting aspects** (contracts, trusts, bridge loans). * Advanced skills in **Excel and MS Project**; intermediate level in Office suite and AutoCAD. * Government agency procedures. **Key Skills*** Leadership and multidisciplinary team management. * Effective communication and strategic thinking. * Negotiation, conflict resolution, and results orientation. * Analytical, planning, and follow-up abilities. **Position Details*** **Location:** Montes de Amé. * **Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:30 to 18:00 h \| Fri 8:30 to 17:00 h** * Availability to visit sites when required (occasional). * **Net monthly salary:** $41,160\.00 **Benefits and perks*** **30 days of Christmas bonus.** * December benefit (grocery basket or turkey). * 3 paid sick days and 10 hours of personal leave per year. * Customary days and official holidays. * Uniforms, training, and work tools. * Half-day off for birthday.
