Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Resident/Architect to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the quality of construction processes and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of high-quality construction work 2. Study and review of contracts and construction planning 3. Technical and administrative management of construction projects GOBA Group is seeking: Civil Works Resident Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with official degree and professional license. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Neodata. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this position. * Personnel management experience. * Technical knowledge of construction processes. * Immediate availability to work on-site (Costa Mérida, Yucatán, Km25\) Duties and Responsibilities * Study and review the entire construction contract to identify anomalies in quantities or design. * Maintain on-site drawings, specifications, and all documents related to project execution. * Develop and keep updated necessary schedules for project implementation, including time-based programs for work completion. * Prepare weekly production reports for subcontractors. * Prepare site generators. * Maintain a daily site log or journal clearly recording extraordinary works and anomalies. * Maintain appropriate communication with site supervision. * Verify that requested materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and in proper condition. * Supervise and coordinate execution of works to ensure quality. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Monitor material testing and strength tests. * Define the construction methodology to ensure acceptable productivity rates and prevent deterioration of completed works. * Issue change orders for extraordinary works, etc. We Offer: Statutory benefits Monthly salary: $20,000 to $26,000 — negotiable based on experience. On-site employment at Costa Mérida, Yucatán Km25; working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday–Friday, and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
