Leadership, organization, and responsibility A leading company in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector is seeking a Workshop Manager to schedule and coordinate equipment intake into the service workshop, as well as supervise and track equipment until its exit throughout the day. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Age: 30 to 45 years old. * Experience: 2 years in a similar position. * Valid driver's license. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Leadership * Organization * Responsibility * Customer service * Effective communication **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate the work of technicians and assistants. * Verify the quality of services provided. * Supervise and control materials used. * Ensure compliance with and implementation of safety measures for workers. * Direct interaction with customers both inside and outside the workshop. * Technical support via telephone or in person, as well as customer training. * Workshop supervision **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * 30-day year-end bonus * Uniforms Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
