Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory and Vehicle Control Coordinator to verify the accuracy of physical and recorded inventories through audits. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and supervise inventory control activities. **JOIN THE PACK!** We are seeking an **INVENTORY AND VEHICLE CONTROL COORDINATOR**, who will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and reliability of both physical inventories and those recorded in the system through periodic audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and identifying deviations, risks, or irregularities. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in data analysis and identification of variances. * Experience in controlling incoming and outgoing goods. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proactive with effective communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Cyclical counts, physical inventories, and system reconciliations. * Coordinate and supervise daily inventory control activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficiency, and integrity across warehouses. * Follow-up to ensure completion of inventory adjustments. * Internal audits and security controls. * Ensure inventory quantities are accurate and aligned with records. * Administrative control of documentation related to inventories and adjustments.
