**Position: Sales Coordinator** Do you have experience leading sales teams and closing B2B service sales? At FH we are looking for a Sales Coordinator with strategic vision, leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to coordinate our advisory team and strengthen client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and implement commercial strategies to achieve monthly targets. * Supervise and develop the sales advisory team. * Present services and close sales within the sales funnel. * Serve existing clients, promote cross-selling, and ensure retention. * Monitor performance indicators and report results to management. * Analyze market trends and propose improvements. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Law, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales (consulting, insurance, banking, funeral services, etc.). * At least 1 year leading sales teams. * Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and CRM usage. * Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manage indicators. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Key Competencies:** * Effective leadership, assertive communication, and customer orientation. * Planning, problem-solving, and goal-oriented work ethic. * Analytical ability, negotiation skills, and strategic decision-making. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: $25,000 per month * Additional uncapped variable commissions, accumulative from the beginning or after 3 months * Statutory benefits and additional perks * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. **Management Indicators (KPIs):** * Closing effectiveness: minimum 80% of presented proposals. * Productivity: average ticket per service. * Customer retention. **Strategic Goals:** * Achievement of annual service-specific targets.
