Logistics and Operations City: YUCATAN Publication Date: Sep 10, 2025 Schedule: Daytime Description: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**Position ObjectiveVerify and report route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure proper item entry and exit from vehicles and platforms at the COP, ensuring traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control.Key Responsibilities or Job Activities.Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1\.Obtain information regarding items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliations.Issue records for all items remaining on the platform.Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes.Report TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audits to the Supervisor.RequirementsMinimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transportation or related field.Area of Expertise: Inventory execution, controlling item entries and exits.Work Experience: 1 yearTravel Required: NoShift rotation schedule availability
