Job Summary: We are seeking a Radio Communications Operator with experience in monitoring, incident handling, and procedure tracking—preferably in Alarm Monitoring Centers, CCTV, or radio communications. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and tracking procedures. 2. Knowledge of security systems and monitoring software. 3. Proficient customer service skills and email writing ability. We are looking for a: Radio Communications Operator ### **Education:** Completed University-Level Technical Degree in Computing, Electronics, or related field. ### **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring, incident handling, and procedure tracking roles—preferably in Alarm Monitoring Centers, CCTV, or radio communications. ### **Knowledge:** Knowledge of security systems, proficient customer service skills, monitoring software (alarms/CCTV), email writing, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ### **Availability for:** * Flexible working hours. ### **Important Notices:** Bepensa is an organization committed to labor equality and non-discrimination between men and women, as well as persons with disabilities.
