





Private medical institution based in Mérida, Yucatán, specialized in hospital services, surgical care, specialized consultation, and diagnostics. We are seeking: **ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER** **Position Objective:** Lead, coordinate, and supervise all administrative, financial, and operational processes of the hospital, ensuring efficient use of resources, internal control, quality information for decision-making, and proper operation of support departments. This role is key to guaranteeing financial stability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-level hospital service. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly salary:** $40,000 net monthly * **Benefits:** As per labor law * **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán * **Reports to:** General Management * **Team in charge:** Chief Accountant, Treasurer, Front Desk Supervisors, Warehouses, Purchasing, Revenue, Cost Accounting, Administrative Assistants, Reception, Billing, Accounts Payable, and other hospital operational departments. **What are the job requirements? Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Minimum experience:** * 5 years in administrative areas. * 3 years in a managerial position. * Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare sector is desirable. **Technical competencies:** * Hospital management and resource administration in the healthcare sector. * Financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. * Proficiency with hospital management systems and ERP software. * Procurement, inventory control, internal audit, and administrative processes. * Knowledge of tax obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). **Main responsibilities:** * Validate and supervise payment scheduling, reimbursements, funding, and special requests. * Supervise patient admission, front desk operations, and initial patient care. * Review sales reports, revenue, cash flow, and financial transactions. * Monitor compliance with accounting policies and operations of administrative departments. * Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure timely services. * Prepare executive reports and review financial statements with accounting. * Supervise inventories and validate reconciliations between physical inventory and system records. * Review supplier contracts and performance. * Participate in meetings with Management and operational departments. * Evaluate revenue indicators, accounts receivable, and process efficiency. * Prepare consolidated administrative and financial reports. * Review and validate accounting and budgetary closures. * Analyze cost variances and propose improvements. * Supervise updating of records, documentation, and internal controls. * Approve payroll, commissions, taxes, and bonuses (in coordination with Management).
