We are bridging two worlds — advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **SIROC REPSE Analyst** As a **SIROC REPSE Analyst**, you will be a key ally to the Construction team, working collaboratively with various project teams to ensure compliance with EPC contractual obligations and legal requirements related to SIROC and REPSE. **Role Purpose** Your mission will be to track, monitor, integrate and keep updated the record of evidence required to certify fulfillment of EPC contractual obligations regarding **SIROC** (Integrated Construction Works Registration Service) and **REPSE** (Employer Registry for Specialized Services or Specialized Works), according to Applicable Law. This role is essential to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance and document control on the **ENGIE Phase II and III** project. **Key Responsibilities** You will be responsible for: * Interacting with EPC contractor(s) and/or other project-related entities to review and ensure submission of evidence for contractual obligations. * Validating information in accordance with Applicable Law regarding SIROC and REPSE matters. * Accepting or rejecting information provided by contractors, subcontractors or suppliers according to current regulations. * Participating with the owner in validating contractual obligations related to EPC contractor’s estimation forms. * Digitizing and archiving all documentation submitted by contractors or third parties. * Coordinating with the Contract Management team to review each information package prior to payment milestone acceptance. * Collaborating with Finance and/or Procurement to anticipate corrective actions and prevent EPC contractor non-compliance. * Maintaining SIROC records up to date within the deadlines established by law. ️ **Skills and Experience** What you’ll bring to the role: * Professional degree in Administrative, Accounting or related fields. * Minimum of **12 years** of administrative/documentary experience in **EPC, Oil \& Gas or Industrial** projects. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes (SIROC and REPSE). * Proficiency in digital tools and document management systems. * Strong organizational, analytical, control, and stress-management skills. * Intermediate English (desirable). **Benefits** * Participation in a strategic energy sector project. * Onsite work mode in Mérida (48 weekly hours, Monday to Friday). * Per diems and rotation according to project requirements \*\*FOR NON-LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY\*\* * Continuous training and access to corporate learning platforms. * A collaborative environment focused on compliance, safety and operational excellence.
