




Position Summary: We are seeking a retired military Captain with security experience to plan, supervise, and assess risks, develop policies, and manage resources and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security service planning and coordination 2. Security personnel supervision and management 3. Security policy and procedure development Requirements Retired military personnel Minimum rank: Captain Experience with armed personnel Responsibilities 1. Planning and coordination: Plan and coordinate security services. 2. Personnel supervision: Supervise and manage security personnel. 3. Risk assessment: Identify and assess security risks. 4. Policy development: Develop security policies and procedures. 5. Client communication: Communicate with clients regarding security needs. 6. Resource management: Manage security resources and budget. 7. Training and instruction: Train and instruct security personnel. 8. Incident investigation: Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
