





**Position:** Project Engineer **Department:** Engineering / Projects **Reports to:** Engineering / Operations Management **Position Objective** Plan, develop, and execute **industrial construction and infrastructure projects**, as well as **implementation and improvement of manufacturing production lines**, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements through advanced use of **AutoCAD** and technical knowledge in architecture and civil engineering. **Required Profile** * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or **Civil Engineering** (*Degree certification mandatory*). * **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years** in industrial and construction project management. * Proven experience in **manufacturing production lines**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** (*mandatory*). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Design and layout of industrial plants and production lines. * Preparation and interpretation of architectural, structural, and utility drawings. * Coordination of civil works and industrial installations (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, compressed air, gas, etc.). * Budget, schedule, and cost control for projects. * Construction regulations, industrial safety standards, and applicable regulations. * Contractor and supplier management. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and modify **AutoCAD drawings and layouts** for industrial and construction projects. * Plan and coordinate construction projects, plant expansions, and facility modifications. * Design and optimize **manufacturing production lines**, considering workflow, safety, and efficiency. * Supervise civil construction work and installation of production equipment. * Monitor schedules, budgets, and physical/financial progress. * Coordinate with production, maintenance, safety, and external suppliers. * Identify technical and operational risks and propose timely solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Prepare technical reports and project progress presentations. **Competencies** * Strategic planning and organization * Technical analysis and problem solving * Leadership and multidisciplinary team management * Effective communication * Results orientation * High attention to detail **Software and Tools** * **AutoCAD (advanced level – mandatory)** * Desirable: Revit, SolidWorks, MS Project, intermediate-to-advanced Excel Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $38,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (desirable) Experience: * AutoCAD: 1 year (mandatory) * Project Supervisor/Engineer: 2 years (desirable) Work Location: On-site
