Customer Experience Assistant — No experience needed; we provide training. Job Objective: Deliver warm, empathetic, and efficient patient service at the branch. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients courteously, empathetically, and professionally. Schedule, confirm, modify, and follow up on assessment appointments. Maintain up-to-date patient medical records. Provide information regarding services, procedures, and operating hours. Support billing activities.
