




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive field sales representative with experience in prospecting, portfolio management, and achieving sales and collection targets. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented work environment focused on commercial development Main Responsibilities • Prospect new customers (field visits, cold calls, referrals). • Manage and develop assigned client portfolio. • Conduct commercial visits according to the work plan. • Develop a work plan. • Prepare quotations and follow up until closure. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Manage collections from clients. • Identify business opportunities within the territory. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for deliveries. • Maintain updated client information. • Report commercial activities (schedule, progress). Responsibilities • Achievement of sales budget. • Collection recovery (days of credit). • Increase in active clients. Gross profit margin on sales. • Timely tracking of orders and deliveries. Job Requirements • Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 5 years in field sales. • Market knowledge: Minimum 3 years. • Valid driver’s license. • Willingness to travel. • Basic Excel proficiency. • Minimum 3 years’ route knowledge.
