Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective tasks on facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal operation of commercial plazas. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. 2. Support in maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. 3. Supervision and reporting of conditions in common areas. APE Plazas is a Mexican company with over 38 years of experience in the market, specializing in the management of commercial plazas. Work Location: Downtown Mérida Requirements: - Completed secondary education - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience - Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. IMPORTANT! - Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. - Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. - Support maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. - Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. - Conduct routine inspections to identify failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. - Report damages or anomalies to the Maintenance Supervisor or Administration. - Monitor usage of assigned tools and materials. - Record activities in maintenance logs. - Perform drywall work.
