Your work will be pivotal in strengthening our organizational culture by creating communication experiences that connect, inspire, and mobilize our employees. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop visual assets aligned with internal communication requirements, understanding brand needs and meeting established deadlines. * Coordinate and execute internal campaigns that promote organizational culture. * Manage and optimize internal communication channels (newsletters, digital signage, intranet, and corporate social media). ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field. * Experience in developing and coordinating internal campaigns and visual materials. * Proficiency in internal communication channels and digital platforms. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), as well as use of AI for content development across various formats. * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of writing proficiency. * Familiarity with digital tools and metrics (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram Business, Hootsuite) ### **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance ### **✅ How to Apply?** Apply through this platform. **Important:** Please attach your portfolio when applying.
