





We are seeking a **Services Electrical Engineer** responsible for providing specialized on-site technical support, performing installation, diagnostics, and maintenance of electrical systems for our industrial clients. Your role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and operational continuity of the equipment and solutions we provide. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **installation, configuration, and commissioning** of electrical equipment. * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** on panels, motors, variable frequency drives, control systems, and industrial equipment. * Diagnose electrical failures, identify root causes, and propose **effective and safe technical solutions**. * Provide **on-site and remote technical support** to customers, ensuring professional and timely service. * Prepare **service reports**, photographic evidence, logs, and required documentation. * Verify proper operation of installed equipment and ensure compliance with **Mexican Official Standards (NOM), safety standards, and internal policies**. * Support the sales team during technical visits as needed, providing specialized backup. * Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and best usage practices. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in electrical services, industrial maintenance, or technical support. * Knowledge of: * Electrical testing: insulation resistance, contact resistance, and turns ratio (TTR) testing. * Industrial installations. * Motors, variable frequency drives, panels, starters. * Control and automation systems. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams. * Use of electrical measurement instruments. * Availability for **travel and field work**, as required by client needs. * Valid driver’s license. **Skills and Competencies:** * Customer service orientation. * Electrical substations, electrical maintenance. * Problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Effective communication and professional conduct. * Organization and priority management. * Teamwork and process alignment. * Results-oriented mindset and safety focus. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Per diems, tools, and work equipment. * Professional growth opportunities. * A collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
