Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to calculate payrolls and manage related procedures at an exporter of oriental vegetables. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll calculation and management of procedures before IMSS, SAT, and INFONAVIT. 2. Benefits control and incident management (absences, vacations). 3. We require a Payroll Specialist to calculate payroll for our staff and handle all related tasks in this area. Payroll Specialist Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - 1 year of experience - Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and proficiency with spreadsheet formulas. - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and occupational risk regulations. - Experience with Contpaq payroll software Responsibilities: - Comprehensive payroll calculation - Preparation and review of weekly/biweekly payroll - Calculation and application of payroll taxes - Management of procedures before IMSS, SAT, and INFONAVIT - Preparation and stamping of payroll CFDIs - Payroll tax - Benefits control and calculation (13th-month bonus, vacation premium, PTU, overtime hours) - Incident control (absences, vacations, disabilities) We offer: - Statutory benefits - Food vouchers - Biweekly salary - Uniforms - Growth opportunities . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 38 years Skills: Decision-making, working under pressure, teamwork, tax calculation, payroll calculation, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Federal Labor Law, Nomipaq, SAT, proposal writing Keywords: analyst
