Profile Requirements: AGE: 30\-40 YEARS Own a vehicle (manual transmission) Advanced English Work Experience \* Minimum of 3 to 4 years of verifiable experience in: 4 years as a Senior Sales Representative in consumer goods companies, preferably groceries, perfumery, and beauty 4 years in similar roles managing CONSULTATIVE SALES 4 years in similar roles managing B2C SALES Field Sales \* Proven experience in active Prospecting and Opening of new Clients. \* Desirable: Possess an active client portfolio in the beauty salon sector. \* Experience working under a model of defined objectives, budgets, and projects. Skills and Knowledge: Proactive. Knowledge of beauty industry. Ability to work under pressure. Results-oriented. Excellent appearance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High level of organization and discipline. Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at Basic/Intermediate level. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Main Responsibilities \* Sales Management: Consistently achieve sales targets, budgets, and goals for opening new clients. \* Prospecting: Actively identify and contact potential new customers (beauty salons, beauty schools). \* Brand Training and Development: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. \* Territory Development: Implement strategies to increase penetration, profitability, and sales volume within the assigned territory.
