We are seeking a **Unit Supervisor** for an American cuisine restaurant. Location: Mérida, Yucatán. We seek a leadership-oriented professional to oversee our daily operations. **Job Description:** The Unit Supervisor will be responsible for the restaurant’s full operation, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food quality, profitability, and workplace environment. This position reports directly to Management. **Key Responsibilities:** · Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities (kitchen, dining room, and cashier). · Ensure compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. · Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs. · Lead, train, and motivate the team. · Address and resolve customer complaints or special situations. · Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. · Support implementation of promotions and commercial strategies. · Perform cash closing procedures and basic administrative reporting. **Requirements and Profile:** · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (supervisor or unit supervisor) within the restaurant industry. · Solid knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and administrative procedures. · Proven leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. · Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. · Age: 25 years or older (a requirement linked to the experience and responsibilities associated with this position). **We Offer:** · Indefinite-term employment contract. · Fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses (significantly above the current professional minimum wage). · Statutory benefits. · Ongoing training and internal career development opportunities. · Formal and professional work environment. **Hiring Process:** Selected candidates will be invited for interviews.
