Main activities: * Provide feedback on key shopper insights and business best practices and processes to support the definition of an appropriate Success Film. * Take a proactive approach with operations to provide merchandising guidance to build credibility and awareness in category administration. * Prioritize multiple category activities and demands while meeting established timelines and frequent requirements. * Prepare and maintain updated category priorities to ensure resource allocation is focused on strategic business areas. * Jointly develop plans to obtain shopper insights from priority customers within categories. * Support the definition of cross-promotions with complementary products. * Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Trade Marketing. * Prepare the annual budget for activities covering: shopper research, market intelligence, training, consultant support, system and image support, meeting expenses, POP material development, and implementation costs.
