




Yucatán req29700 **Staff** We are seeking a: Server Architect Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Computing, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as responsible for the design, modeling, and implementation of on-premises and cloud-based server infrastructure (Azure preferred) and data centers (minimum 100 servers). Knowledge: Design, implementation, and administration of servers and IT services; computer systems; ITIL v3 (COBIT desirable); databases; server quality assurance; coordination across support tiers; technology improvement and upgrade projects; vendor management; KPIs; disaster recovery plans (DRP); budget management; strategic planning; customer service; Office/G Suite (spreadsheets, documents, presentations); English proficiency; valid driver’s license.
